Job description

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Primary Care
La Porte & Baytown, TX

Compensation: $125,000 - $145,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Start Date: 30-60 Days
No Weekends

Locations:

  • La Porte, TX
  • Float Position: La Porte & Baytown, TX (approximately 12 miles between clinics)

Practice Details:

  • Outpatient Primary Care
  • Adult/Geriatric patient population
  • Medicare Advantage focused
  • Average of 20 patients per day
  • eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR
  • Full support staff

Requirements:

  • NP (AANP/ANCC) or PA certification
  • Active Texas license or eligible
  • 2+ years as an NP or PA
  • 2+ years of Primary Care experience
  • Experience with Medicare Advantage, Value-Based Care, FFS, HEDIS, MRA, and ICD-10 coding
  • DEA eligible
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Spanish bilingual preferred
