Installation, Parts & Equipment Coordinator
At Aire Serv, Mr. Rooter and Dryer Vent Wizard, our Installation, Parts & Equipment Coordinator is one of the most important positions in our company. You'll serve as the hub that connects our sales team, installation crews, warehouse, vendors, and customers-making sure every HVAC installation is fully prepared, scheduled correctly, and completed with excellence.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Installation Coordinator, you'll manage every step after a customer says "Yes."
Your responsibilities include:
  • Scheduling HVAC system installations
  • Coordinating technicians, installers, warehouse staff, and sales professionals
  • Ordering and tracking equipment and parts
  • Ensuring every job is fully prepared before installation day
  • Communicating with customers throughout the installation process
  • Preparing permits, AHRI documentation, warranty registrations, and customer packets
  • Registering equipment and maintaining accurate records in ServiceTitan
  • Verifying invoices and documentation for accuracy
  • Completing post-installation follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assisting with financing paperwork and manufacturer warranty processing
  • Supporting our Customer Service Team during peak seasons
