Job description

Location: Colorado Springs Area.
Schedule: Full-time, weekend shifts available.
Compensation: Short training period followed by commission-based pay. Commission range is based on performance and can range from $100,000 to over $150,000 annually.


Mr. Rooter Plumbing is looking for an experienced plumber to join our growing team. We serve customers throughout the Colorado Springs area and Southern Colorado, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, solving problems, and providing excellent customer service.

The right candidate will have a strong plumbing background, a great attitude, and the ability to confidently diagnose plumbing issues and recommend the best solutions for our customers.


Responsibilities

  • Diagnose residential and/or commercial plumbing issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, and service work.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
  • Provide options and recommendations based on the customer’s needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
  • Follow company procedures, safety standards, and local plumbing codes.
  • Be available to work weekends as needed.
  • Travel to jobs throughout the Colorado Springs area and/or Southern Colorado.


Qualifications

  • Previous plumbing experience required.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing problems.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team.
  • Reliable, professional, and self-motivated.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.
  • Licensed plumber preferred, but experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
