Requirements:
  • At least 10 or more years experience in residential/commercial maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to generate accurate project estimates
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques.
  • A compassionate heart and a genuine desire to help others.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to make a difference.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with the client to understand their needs.
  • Must have your own tools.
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Looking for and experienced Handyman with well rounded experience in the following:
  • Conduct interior and exterior maintenance (e.g., patch drywall, paint touch-ups, replace door hardware, caulk windows).
  • Clean and maintain gutters, downspouts, and exterior drainage systems.
  • Repair or replace window and door screens, weatherstripping, and minor carpentry items.
  • Assemble furniture, install shelving, mount TVs, and perform other miscellaneous household installations.
  • Diagnose issues, provide accurate estimates, and complete jobs efficiently while minimizing disruption to the homeowner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including proper disposal of debris.
  • Perform minor plumbing repairs and installations.
