Skills/Qualifications:
  • Leadership and supervision
  • Oral and written communication
  • Sales and customer relations
  • Technical (knowledge of maintenance and construction industry)
  • Estimating and negotiation skills
  • Project and quality management
  • Managing budgets and profitability
  • Computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Office

Education/Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service
  • BS or BA degree (or equivalent experience)
