The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the overall strategic, operational, financial, and clinical leadership of the medical clinic and ambulatory surgery center. The CEO works collaboratively with the Board of Directors, executive leadership team, physicians, and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and organizational growth. This position provides vision, leadership, and direction to support the clinic’s mission, values, and long‑term success.

The CEO is accountable for creating a culture of excellence, employee engagement, operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and continuous improvement in a healthcare environment.

  • Develop and execute the clinic’s strategic vision, goals, and organizational priorities.
  • Partner with the Board of Directors to implement long‑term planning initiatives and growth strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion, operational improvements, and community partnerships.
  • Promote innovation and organizational effectiveness to meet changing healthcare demands.
