At Moxy Virginia Beach Oceanfront, we're looking for an energetic, hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead operations across both of our dining venues: Belvedere, our popular breakfast diner, and Bar Moxy, our vibrant lobby bar and social hub. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.

As an F&B Supervisor, you will play a key role in the daily success of both outlets, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. We are seeking a leader who can confidently support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, working alongside the team to deliver outstanding food, beverage, and service experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations at both Belvedere and Bar Moxy
  • Support and lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams

  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues quickly and professionally
  • Coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve high performance standards
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and Marriott brand standards
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory management, labor controls, and operational efficiency
  • Maintain quality standards for food, beverage, and service execution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage operations
  • Experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house environments strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Rate of Pay: $20-$22/hour

Skills Required:
