In our vibrant outpatient office, you will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes growth and professional development. We believe in a work-life balance and offer flexible scheduling options, including hours from 8 AM – 4 PM or 9 AM – 5 PM, and the possibility of a 4-day workweek.

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including assessments of strength, range of motion, and functional capabilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and utilize modalities such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to reflect improvements or changing needs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and share insights on treatment strategies and progress.
• Provide education and training to patients and their families about therapeutic practices, self-management techniques, and preventative measures.

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, ranging from active adults seeking rehabilitation after an injury to older adults managing chronic conditions. • A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid and active Florida physical therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate patient documentation.

Candidates with at least two years of experience in outpatient care, particularly in musculoskeletal and orthopedic rehabilitation, will be given priority. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with telehealth practices is also advantageous.

The compensation for this role is competitive, with an annual salary range of $85,000 to $100,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
