  • Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and utilize modalities such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training.
  • Regularly monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to reflect improvements or changing needs.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and share insights on treatment strategies and progress.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families about therapeutic practices, self-management techniques, and preventative measures.
