Job description

If you can lead a moving crew, calm a stressed customer, protect every item like it's your own, and still keep things fun and efficient, we need YOU as our next full-time OR part-time Lead Mover - Driver at JustIn Time Moving & Storage in Phoenix, AZ!

  • Pay: $22 – $25 per hour, plus bonuses and tips
  • Schedule: Full- and part-time shifts available every Monday through Saturday

  • Driving moving trucks up to 26'
  • Leading and supervising movers on each job
  • Being the main contact for customers and their belongings
  • Assisting with moves while managing time, efficiency, and professionalism

  • Adapting to changing move needs and environments
  • Delivering an experience customers remember for the right reasons

What Makes You a Great Fit?

  • 2+ years of moving experience
  • Experience driving a 26' moving truck
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 150 lbs)
  • Basic knowledge of safety equipment usage
