2 College Brothers Moving & Storage is a leading moving and storage service provider in Alachua County, Gainesville, FL. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and reliable moving solutions. As we prepare for a busy season in August, we are seeking professional and presentable contractors to join our team for a short-term project.


Position Overview:

We are looking for dedicated and skilled movers to assist with a project on July 15th. The ideal candidate will have the ability to move furniture and boxes efficiently and safely. Reliable transportation is essential for this role.Successful contractors may be considered for W-2 employment opportunities in the future.


Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently move furniture and boxes from one location to another.
  • Load and unload moving trucks with care.
  • Ensure items are properly packed and secured to prevent damage during transit.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Follow instructions from the team leader or operations manager.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.


Requirements:

  • Experience:Prior moving or manual labor experience preferred but not required.
  • Physical Ability:Must be able to lift and move heavy items safely and effectively.
  • Transportation:Must have reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
  • Professionalism:Presentable appearance and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
  • Availability:Must be available for the entire duration of the project (estimated for 8 hours).
