Lot Attendant  - Land Rover Royal Oak

What You'll Do

  • Turn on all overhead doors 
  • Check drop box for keys and give it to advisors
  • Greet customers as soon as they come in
  • Make sure no vehicles blocking drive through, move any vehicles parked in drive through ( See advisor).
  • Help dress vehicles for service, complete walk arounds.
  • Complete service cleans and manage service was expectations
  • Make sure drive throug area is clean and presentable
  • Move Loaner vehicles upfront
  • Constantly check in with all service advisors
  • Monitor teams chats
  • Make sure all walkways are cleared of snow and ice and de icer is used.
  • Make sure all service cars are cleared ofsnow and windshields are cleared.
  • Check in with service wash bay constantly for  assitance.
  • Help with valet and shuttle services.

  • Have a class 5 Driver’s License
