Registered Nurse (RN) - Radiology Care Unit (Part Time)

Registered Nurse (RN) - Radiology Care Unit

Part Time ; 48 hours/pay

8-hour, 10-hour & 12-hour shifts

On-call requirements

Weekend & Holiday commitment per department guidelines

Newark & Wilmington Campuses

The scope of services on the Radiology Care Unit (RCU) encompasses a variety of diagnoses/ testing including, but not limited to, paracentesis, CT guided biopsies, Fluoro guided LP/myelograms, US guided biopsies, CT guided drain placement including monitoring and recovery of general anesthesia and moderate sedation.

Requirements:

  • BSN required; or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire
  • BLS and ACLS required
  • At least two years of experience in acute care (prefer Critical Care, Stepdown, ED or PACU areas)
  • PALS preferred – must get within 6 months
  • IV Certified preferred
  • Moderate sedation experience preferred
Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
