Job Summary:
Are you an upbeat, vocal individual with a passion for movies and entertaining people? Look no further! We are seeking upbeat and personable Front of House Team members to join us at LOOK! As a FOH teammate, you will be the face of our brand, providing outstanding customer experiences and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable time at LOOK! Join us in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment where movie lovers can indulge in excellent food and entertainment!
What You'll Do:
• Embody and uphold the company's Core Values, Code of Conduct, and Operational Guidelines
• Take ownership for all guest interactions and prioritize the overall guest experience
• Greet and welcome guests with passion
• Assist guests in using the OneDine system for ordering
• Be knowledgeable about menu items and provide recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness standards in the venue, including theater seats, handrails, and tables
• Stay informed about the films and events playing in our theaters
• Resolve guest issues with the support of the management team
• Cultivate an encouraging and collaborative working environment with all LOOK team members
• Enforce alcohol, food, safety, and sanitation regulations
What You'll Need:
• A genuine passion for providing outstanding guest service
• Excellent vocal and motivational skills to engage with guests and encourage your team
• TABC certification and a Food Handler's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Capability to stand for 6 to 9 hours at a time
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
