Job description

We are a local moving company located in Fairfax, VA, and we are hiring movers to add to our team. We are extremely busy and could use some solid, hardworking movers.
PAY:
-*Starts at $16 per hour + tips + incentives
-Must be W-2 employee. We do not hire 10-99 independent contractors
(Note: our movers generally take home $20-32/hour with tips & incentives)
PAY PERIODS:
-We pay our employees weekly. Pay periods begin on Saturday, end the following Friday, and payday is the following Tuesday. Bonuses and incentive pay are added to each paycheck.

Extra Pay:
From tips, to review bonuses, to the good mover program, employees can earn an additional $4 per hour more than their base pay, plus tips. Employees can earn up to $2 per hour for jobs where they receive a 5-star review, and employees can earn up to $2 per hour more with the good mover program, and the criteria for that isn’t even hard to reach!
