Overview
Pink Zebra Moving of Ann Arbor is hiring an Assistant Operations Manager / Lead Mover to help lead daily moving operations, support crews in the field, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
This is a working leadership role, not a desk-only position. The right candidate will spend most of their time on moving jobs leading crews, driving trucks, and working alongside team members, while also supporting scheduling, customer communication, and day-to-day operations.
As the business grows, this role has a clear path to increased responsibility and advancement into higher-level management.
Pay & Schedule
  • $20–$24/hour based on experience
  • Customer tips on moving jobs
  • 10–15 hours/week in office/operations duties
  • Additional hours available on moving jobs (up to 20–25 total weekly hours)
  • Typical schedule: Monday–Thursday + occasional Saturday mornings
  • On-call availability for job support as needed

  • Lead moving crews on residential and commercial jobs
  • Drive trucks and assist with physical moving work
