Job description

The Tax Manager will serve as a key advisor on tax matters, with expertise in accounting under US GAAP, multi-state tax law, and tax return regulations. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing federal and state income tax returns, supporting audits, assisting with income tax provisions, conducting tax research, and managing special projects.
Federal Tax: 45%
State Tax: 50%
International Tax: 5%

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of tax experience, with at least 4 years in tax preparation and 1 year in ASC 740.

  • Experience with Excel and tax software (Corptax preferred).
  • Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, with a CPA or MBT required.
