• Engage in Peer to Peer Consultations with colleagues to review Plan of Care formulations that align with clinical guidelines before cases are submitted for Medical Director evaluation.
• Adhere strictly to all personnel policies and operational procedures to maintain the integrity and quality of service.
• Thoroughly evaluate requests for physical therapy services by reviewing clinical information, including diagnoses, evaluations, and standardized test assessments, ensuring timely and efficient responses.
• Assess the medical necessity of proposed therapies and determine the appropriateness of clinical interventions in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.
• Document clinical findings and decisions meticulously, providing insights where opportunities for improvement in practices may arise.

As a Licensed Physical Therapist with Active Movement Therapy, you will work primarily with individuals experiencing limitations due to various conditions, including but not limited to physical injuries, developmental disabilities, cognitive impairments, and mental health challenges. Your role will involve creating and implementing personalized care plans tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of pediatric and adult patients alike. Understanding the unique backgrounds and challenges of our diverse client population is essential to fostering therapeutic relationships and ensuring effective treatment outcomes.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, with a strong foundation in therapeutic methods.
• Experience providing care in both outpatient and acute care settings, with the ability to handle a varied patient demographic.
• Proficiency in trigger point therapy and familiar with advanced techniques utilized in physical rehabilitation.
• Comfortable navigating both clinical and hospital environments to provide multifaceted patient care.

• Prior experience treating pediatric patients, enhancing knowledge of specific developmental considerations in therapy.
• Familiarity with hospital medicine practices and interdisciplinary teamwork approaches.
• Demonstrated clinical competence in providing inpatient therapy services, aligning treatment modalities with patient care objectives.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
