Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite at our outpatient orthopedic clinic, where a strong emphasis is placed on providing personalized therapy services in a friendly and professional setting. Our state-of-the-art facilities are equipped with modern therapeutic equipment and resources, allowing you to engage in hands-on treatment and deliver evidence-based interventions effectively. The regular work schedule will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring work-life balance while delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and functional limitations, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans aimed at promoting healing and recovery.
  • Provide hands-on therapy through various techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities, all while adhering to established best practices.
  • Educate and empower patients on rehabilitation techniques and movement strategies, ensuring they understand the importance of compliance and self-management in their treatment journey.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to discuss treatment progress, modification of plans, and other essential aspects of patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, evaluations, and patient progress to ensure a comprehensive record-keeping system that supports patient outcomes and regulatory compliance.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse range of outpatient orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgeries, accidents, sports injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Your expertise will guide individuals through their rehabilitation process, promoting strength and functional independence tailored to their unique needs and readiness for daily activities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Nevada.
  • Proficient understanding of therapeutic techniques and modalities relevant to orthopedic care.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering effective communication with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly within outpatient or orthopedic disciplines, is preferred but not mandated.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 95,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
