JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Concierge Retail Service Representative (RSR) role will provide Signature Service by being a single point of contact for the homeowner. The Concierge RSR will partner with Sales and Install teams to provide a customized level of communication with every homeowner. We are looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative candidate to help perfect our customer's experience in upgrading their homes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide Signature Service customer service to homeowner
• Create and maintain homeowners' job files
• Build a concrete relationship with the homeowner
• Work with RSR's to move the homeowner's job through the process
• Work with Sales Reps to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or Job's in Progress
• Resolve any post install situations.
• Schedule homeowners' technical measure, installation date, and reminder calls
• Work with Sales Representatives to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs in progress
• Send out the post installation survey and resolve any post installation situations
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2+ years customer service experience
• Solid and accurate data entry skills
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Competency in Microsoft Office software
• High attention to detail and organization abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage simultaneous task
PAY RANGE:
$24.95 - $36.15
