Now Hiring: Activity Guide at Unicoi State Park & Lodge

Step into a role where every day brings fresh air, new faces, and meaningful impact. As an Activities Attendant, youโ€™ll be the spark behind the parkโ€™s most memorable adventures.

You Will

  • Create and lead fun activities for guests
  • Gather all necessary equipment
  • Recruit participants and guide the events
  • Lead and supervise groups and individuals in the outdoors, ensuring their safety and teaching skills and techniques (e.g. hillwalking, mountain biking, caving)
  • Brief participants about safety and logistics
  • Design outdoor activity programs and products for different groups
  • Design learning resources for groups
  • Deliver training sessions or lessons in the outdoors and/or in a classroom environment
  • Carry out and updates risk assessments
  • Record accidents/incidents and writes incident reports
  • Clean, maintain and prepare equipment
