The focus of the Service Advisor is to recommend proper vehicle care to our valued customers and explain the value of maintaining their vehicles for optimal performance. What you'll be doing
  • Greeting customers and discussing their vehicle repair and maintenance concerns.
  • Directing the customer's vehicle to an experienced technician and consulting with the technician about needed repairs/services.
  • Informing customers of any changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up.
  • Responsible for communication with the customer as to the status of their vehicle from onset through delivery.
  • Answering customer questions about their vehicle service and applicable warranty coverage.
  • Advising the customer and coming up with a plan for their vehicle in the short and long term of the customer's needs.
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer experience.
