  • Curriculum Awareness & Adaptive Instruction: Familiar with kindergarten readiness standards and common challenges such as fine motor coordination, letter-sound confusion, and separating from caregivers. Adapts instruction using hands-on manipulatives, songs, games, and multisensory activities to support pre-kindergarten children ages three to five building the foundational academic, motor, and social-emotional skills needed for a successful transition to kindergarten.
  • Effective Teaching Methods: Ability to identify concepts students commonly struggle with, explain material using multiple approaches, and adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs and styles.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and student needs.
