This full-time role is based onsite at our home care facility in Greenacres, offering a supportive and dynamic atmosphere where team collaboration and patient-centric care are paramount. Our physical therapists work together closely, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient outcomes. As an orthopedic outpatient therapist, you will engage with both individual clients and groups, utilizing advanced therapeutic techniques and tools to provide top-tier rehabilitation services.

• Administer physical therapy treatments based on comprehensive assessments and established treatment plans developed by licensed physical therapists.
• Work closely with each patient to progress them responsibly and effectively through various stages of their rehabilitation.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment plans, outcomes, and patient interactions in compliance with all organizational policies and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, lifestyle adjustments, and other therapeutic activities that promote recovery and health maintenance.
• Foster strong communication channels with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery.
• Engage in continual professional development by pursuing opportunities for mentorship, attending workshops, and participating in relevant professional associations.

At Bay Motion PT, our primary focus is on orthopedic outpatient clients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgery, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal disorders. Your expertise will significantly impact the recovery of patients with diverse backgrounds and rehabilitation needs, helping them regain their strength and mobility.

• Possession of a current, valid Florida Physical Therapy License.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Proven experience of at least 2 years in an orthopedic physical therapy setting, ideally within an outpatient environment.
• Strong capabilities in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) for patient management and documentation.

• Experience with telehealth and in-person patient care, demonstrating excellent communication skills in various settings.
• Ability to navigate necessary digital platforms, ensuring seamless transitions between remote consultations and in-person therapy sessions.
• Experience in working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Bay Motion PT offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
