- Edit interviews, testimonials, event recaps, sizzle reels, and thought leadership content using live-action footage, licensed assets, and existing brand materials
- Adapt video content into multiple formats and aspect ratios for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, paid media, websites, and presentations
- Perform basic color correction, audio cleanup, captioning, and quality control to ensure polished final deliverables

- 1+ years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, post-production, or a related creative field
- Strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling across a variety of formats
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
- Experience editing live-action footage and creating original motion graphics for digital, social, and marketing content
- Working knowledge of color correction, audio editing, captioning, export settings, and video delivery best practices
- Understanding of storytelling, pacing, typography, animation principles, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Experience preparing content for multiple digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and paid media
