• Conduct detailed intake assessments to evaluate clients’ needs, creating personalized and effective treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities tailored to support clients' emotional and psychological well-being.
• Set clear therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and continuously monitor their progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide teletherapy services to accommodate clients seeking virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for those facing mobility or transportation challenges.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements to safeguard client confidentiality.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health care and therapy interventions.

The clients we support typically face a wide array of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our diverse patient population consists of individuals from various backgrounds and life experiences, which requires our therapists to embrace cultural competence and adaptability in their treatment approaches.

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated through client interactions and documentation practices.
• Strong empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude, fostering trust and rapport with clients.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills, enabling the ability to manage a diverse caseload.

• Experience in a private practice setting or community mental health environment.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and technology for client sessions.
• Acquainted with integrative therapeutic approaches including CBT, DBT, and other modalities.
• Prior experience working with trauma-informed care practices is a plus.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload. Additional benefits include:
