This full-time position is based in our outpatient office setting, where you will work directly with patients in a supportive and professional atmosphere. The facility is designed to promote comfort and healing, featuring advanced equipment and resources to aid your practice. Operating on a Monday to Friday schedule from 2 PM to 8 PM, you will have the opportunity to manage your workflow effectively, ensuring that each patient receives undivided attention and tailored care plans.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ conditions to inform treatment strategies.
• Develop individualized care plans that align with patients’ goals and needs, in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Implement treatment interventions that support recovery, including exercises, manual therapies, and educational guidance.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises and lifestyle modifications to empower them in their recovery process.
• Coordinate effectively with staff members to ensure seamless patient care continuity, handling daily schedules and caseload prioritization.

Our Physical Therapists at Motion Menders Therapist will primarily focus on adults and pediatric patients undergoing rehabilitation from various surgeries and orthopedic conditions. Your expertise will be vital in providing support to patients facing physical limitations, helping them regain mobility, enhance strength, and achieve a better quality of life. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population that requires personalized attention and innovative treatment approaches.

• Valid and active license as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or higher degree such as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
• Prior experience in a physical therapy setting is advantageous but not mandatory; new graduates are welcomed.

• Familiarity with the latest therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster productive patient relationships.
