• Conduct thorough patient assessments, utilizing specialized tools and methodologies to evaluate the patient's functional and rehabilitative status.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on achieving specific patient goals, enhancing engagement and overall experience.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and patient education, adhering to best practices and ethical guidelines.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect patient progress and needs.
• Instruct patients and their families on the use of therapeutic appliances, home exercises, and self-management techniques to promote recovery beyond therapy sessions.
• Prioritize and manage your daily caseload effectively, ensuring timely delivery of services while addressing the needs and concerns of each patient.

Your work will primarily focus on an outpatient setting, treating a wide variety of cases, including post-operative orthopedic patients, individuals recovering from sports injuries, and pediatric patients with developmental challenges. • A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Washington.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting employment.

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy is a plus, particularly in orthopedic or pediatric rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient progress and treatment plans effectively.
