• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs and recovery goals.
• Engage in hands-on therapy, utilizing techniques such as exercise prescriptions, stretching maneuvers, and therapeutic modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Document each treatment session meticulously, recording patient responses and progress to adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Regularly reassess and adjust therapeutic goals to reflect patients' recovery milestones while ensuring they are on track to achieve their full potential.
• Recommend appropriate assistive devices that enable patients to perform daily tasks and improve their quality of life.
• Provide guidance and training for patients, families, and caregivers to promote understanding of therapies and aid in home-based exercises.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in physical therapy through continuous education and professional networking.

At Athletics Full Motion PT, we serve a diverse patient population, including children and adults recovering from surgery, injuries, and chronic conditions. • A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• State licensure in Physical Therapy is essential to practice within Virginia.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficiency in computer systems and relevant software for documentation and patient management.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to patient care and scheduling.

• While previous experience is not mandatory, candidates with clinical internships or practical training in a rehabilitation setting will be beneficial.
• A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team will be an advantage.

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
