Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly creative, social-first Content Creator who is passionate about storytelling and knows how to create content that people actually want to watch. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands platform trends and can independently take an idea from concept to final delivery.

You'll be responsible for producing engaging photo and video content that showcases beautiful homes, vibrant communities, homeowner stories, lifestyle moments, and the people behind our brand. You'll collaborate with marketers and creative leaders while owning the production process-from brainstorming concepts and filming on location to editing and publishing content optimized for each platform.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop fresh, engaging content ideas that align with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
  • Plan, storyboard, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality social-first video and photography.
  • Produce content optimized for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
  • Capture compelling stories featuring homeowners, model homes, communities, designers, construction teams and lifestyle experiences.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, editing styles and emerging content formats.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to translate business goals into engaging visual content.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel to communities and events to capture content on location.
  • Edit videos with strong pacing, storytelling, music, motion graphics and captions optimized for mobile viewing.
  • Organize and maintain digital assets for future campaigns.
  • Recommend new content opportunities based on audience insights and performance analytics.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating videography, editing, photography and storytelling.
  • Deep understanding of today's social media platforms and best practices.
  • Expert knowledge of vertical video and short-form content.
  • Proficiency in:
    • Adobe Premiere Pro
    • Adobe After Effects
    • Adobe Creative Suite
    • CapCut or similar mobile editing tools
  • Experience operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally and occasionally nationally.
