Description
Ontario, CA Toyota Hospitality Driving & Delivery Operations support Veterans encouraged to apply
Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company that happens to sell and service cars. We believe the best guest experiences start with the best employee experiences. That's why we've grown to 40+ rooftops across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii while maintaining a culture built on one simple idea: do right by people, every time.
At Crown Toyota of Ontario, we run a high-volume operation that depends on every team member showing up, doing their part, and taking pride in the work. The Parts Support Driver keeps our parts pipeline moving - and when that runs well, the whole service department runs well.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Pick up and deliver parts to and from suppliers, vendors, and other dealership locations - safely, accurately, and on time
• Assist the parts team with receiving, stocking, organizing, and pulling inventory to support the service department
• Verify incoming parts orders against purchase orders and packing slips - documenting any discrepancies accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized parts environment that supports fast retrieval and accurate inventory management
• Coordinate with parts advisors and service advisors to prioritize deliveries and keep repair timelines on track
• Represent Crown Toyota professionally during all off-site pickups and deliveries - you're the face of the store on the road
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean, fueled, and in good working condition
• Support the parts and service teams with general tasks and errands as needed throughout the day
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• No prior automotive or parts experience required - we'll train the right person from day one
• Clean, valid driver's license with an excellent driving record - required
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented - accuracy in parts delivery directly impacts the service department
• Comfortable navigating the Inland Empire and greater Ontario area efficiently
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying parts and components - some items may be heavy or bulky
• Organized and self-directed - able to manage a delivery schedule and prioritize without constant oversight
• Friendly and professional when representing the dealership off-site
• A team-first mindset - you understand that what you do keeps everyone else moving
WHAT WE OFFER
• $20.00 per hour
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Life insurance and supplemental coverage options
• Paid time off and paid holidays
• On-the-job training - no experience necessary
• Clear path for growth into parts advisor, service support, and other dealership roles
• Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts
• A stable, team-oriented work environment at one of the most recognized Toyota dealerships in the Inland Empire
WHY CROWN TOYOTA OF ONTARIO
• Toyota moves. It's one of the most in-demand brands on the road - consistent volume means a steady, active workday with a team that's always in motion
• Ontario is a central hub in the Inland Empire - a region with a large, loyal Toyota customer base and a dealership that's been a cornerstone of the community
• Swickard is one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country - ranked Top 5 in North America for reputation in the automotive industry
• A role where reliability and follow-through are genuinely valued - what you do every day keeps the service department running
• Our HEART values - Honor, Engage, Anticipate, Respond, Thank - apply to every role on the team, not just the ones behind a desk
• A supportive team environment where you'll be set up to succeed and recognized when you deliver
Crown Toyota of Ontario is a high-volume store that depends on a tight, reliable parts operation to deliver the service experience our guests expect. The Parts Support Driver isn't a background role - it's a foundational one. Show up, execute, and take care of your team, and this is a great place to build from.
If you're dependable, self-motivated, and ready to be part of a team that holds itself to a high standard - we'd like to meet you.
