WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections accurately and efficiently

Complete repair orders accurately -- documenting all work performed and parts used with precision

Communicate findings clearly to service advisors so guests receive accurate recommendations

Follow Honda-recommended maintenance procedures and service intervals

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout every shift

Work efficiently on a flat-rate structure -- your speed and quality directly determine your earnings

Support the service team and contribute to a shop culture built on consistency and care

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1+ year of lube, express, or automotive maintenance experience preferred -- motivated candidates without formal experience are encouraged to apply

Basic understanding of vehicle systems and routine maintenance procedures

Fast and accurate -- able to maintain quality even when production volume matters

Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing the job right

Physically capable of standing, bending, and working on your feet throughout the shift

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

A team-first mindset -- you show up ready to contribute and support the people around you
