Full-Time | W2 | Direct Hire
Recruitment Partner: Strong Force Staffing Clinical Search Partner
Compensation: $40 - 45/hr
Float Differential: +$1.50/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Relocation Assistance: $5,000 (75+ miles)
Benefits: Zero-cost healthcare
Schedule: MondayFriday, limited Saturdays when needed
Home Base: Cape Coral (float to surrounding clinics)

Your Role
