Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of a full-time Mortgage Loan Closer at our Spokane, WA location.


Remote options available.


The hourly rate for this position is $31.00 - $33.00 per hour depending on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.


Description:


The Mortgage Loan Closer position is responsible for preparing documents for loan closings, mortgage modifications, construction rolls, pay outs and extensions.


Responsibilities:

  • Process approved loan requests and deliver completed loan documents to the lender and the customer prior to the requested time.
  • Process accurate loan documents to the lenders.
  • Serve as back-up for mortgage loan application input using automated mortgage loan documentation preparation software.
  • Process pay outs.
  • Process construction rolls, mortgage modifications and endorsements.
  • Enter HMDA information for approved loans.
  • Maintain knowledge and participation in the promotions of company’s products and services.
  • Serve as back-up to positions within the Mortgage Processing Area.


Education / Experience Preferred:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical training in computer systems, banking applications and lending preferred.
  • Must possess exceptional detail, time management and organizational skills.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours.

Pay is dependent on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.


Working Conditions


The physical demands of this position require the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Employees may spend extended periods sitting or standing, using hands to operate computers or other equipment, and reaching for work-related tasks. Regular walking may be required, along with occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or climbing. The role may involve lifting or moving items weighing up to 10 pounds.
