  • 1:5 weekday and weekend call; weekday call shared with 2 CRNAs
  • Cases include general surgery, thoracic, vascular, OB/maternity, ENT, ophthalmology, and ortho
  • $25k per year in loan repayment assistance for each year committed
  • Full health insurance benefits plus malpractice insurance coverage
  • Sign-on bonus of 15% of base salary up to $100k
  • $10k stipend for moving expenses
  • 272 hours of PTO per year plus 5 days of CME time and $5k stipend
