Nous recherchons un(e) infirmier(ère) ou infirmier(ère) Clinicien(ne) pour rejoindre notre équipe à Baie Comeau.

Le candidat idéal aura une passion pour les soins aux patients, et sera capable de travailler dans un environnement hospitalier.

Ce poste exige une attention particulière aux détails, ainsi qu'une capacité à gérer des situations complexes avec compétence et compassion.

Mission :
  • Fournir des soins infirmiers de qualité aux patients dans un environnement hospitalier.
  • Évaluer les besoins médicaux et émotionnels des patients, en particulier ceux atteints de démence ou nécessitant des soins en milieu hospitalier.
  • Collaborer avec d'autres professionnels de la santé pour élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de soins individualisés.
  • Utiliser le système Epic pour documenter les soins et suivre l'évolution des patients.
  • Assurer la communication efficace avec les familles concernant l'état de santé et les besoins des patients.
  • Participer à la gestion des cas pour assurer une continuité des soins, notamment dans les contextes de soins à domicile ou d'assistance à la vie autonome.
  • Former et superviser le personnel auxiliaire, le cas échéant.
Exigences :
  • Diplôme DEC en sciences infirmières et permis d'exercice valide.
  • Expérience pertinente dans ce secteur
  • Formation OMÉGA
  • Formation sur l’évaluation du risque suicidaire
  • Familiarité avec les systèmes informatiques médicaux, notamment Epic.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication interpersonnelle et capacité à travailler en équipe.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches tout en maintenant un haut niveau de soin aux patients.
