Common examples include baristas, delivery drivers, teachers, healthcare workers, and certain office roles. These jobs are ideal for individuals who prefer to finish work earlier in the day or have other commitments in the afternoon. Morning shifts can offer more flexibility and may help with work-life balance for some people.
