Job description

Assignment Details:
There are three positions in which each position will work Monday - Thursday or Friday.  Hours per day and schedules will vary.

  • Fall Season Position Dates: 8/17/26-10/30/26
  • Winter Season Position Dates: 11/2/26-3/12/27
  • Spring Season Position Dates: 3/15/27-6/11/27
    Requirements:
    1.     Experience in strength and conditioning.
    2.     Highly motivated self-starter who is willing to learn.
    3.     Must possess great communication skills.
    4.     Must enjoy working with students.
    5.     Must have a passion for helping others improve and attain goals.
    Description:
    1.     Develop strength and conditioning program for assigned teams and student-athletes.  
    2.     Collaborate with coaching staff on program development.
    3.     Teach proper training techniques in the weight room for improved athletic performance.
    4.     Cooperate with athletic training staff in the rehabilitation of athletic injuries.
    5.     Assist in the overall supervision of weight room facilities which includes ensuring proper care of equipment.
    6.    Maintain knowledge of current trends, practices and techniques related to physical fitness.
    7.    Perform administrative duties as assigned.
    Compensation:
    Each position per season is paid a $5,000 Stipend.
    These positions are not medical or dental benefit eligible.
