Office Manager (12+ Month Contract)
Recruitment Partners is seeking an Office Manager to provide maternity leave coverage and support the day‑to‑day operations of a fast‑paced professional services environment. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive professional who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and plays a key role in keeping business operations running smoothly.
This role is responsible for overseeing office administration, supporting employee onboarding and engagement, coordinating vendors and technology systems, assisting with marketing initiatives, and helping manage company events and operational projects. The Office Manager serves as a central point of coordination across multiple functions while ensuring a positive employee and client experience.
The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative and organizational experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. They will be a self‑starter who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and supporting teams across the organization.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
Office Operations & Administration
  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations and administrative activities
  • Maintain and improve internal processes, documents, and procedures
  • Support special projects and operational initiatives
  • Prepare, review, and submit various forms, applications, and business documents
  • Serve as a key point of contact for suppliers, contractors, and service providers
Human Resources & Employee Experience
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Prepare new hire documentation and employee records
  • Support background checks and compliance-related processes
  • Maintain HR documents, policies, and employee resources
  • Help foster a positive and engaging employee experience
Technology & Systems Administration
  • Manage and administer a variety of business software, recruitment platforms, HR systems, communication tools, and employee databases
  • Coordinate with external IT providers regarding equipment, software, user access, system setup, and technical support
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding by ensuring accounts, technology, and equipment are properly configured
  • Assist with troubleshooting and coordinating technical solutions for staff
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes through effective use of technology and automation
Marketing & Brand Support
  • Support the company's online presence and brand initiatives
  • Assist with website content updates, social media activities, and internal communications
  • Coordinate with external marketing partners and vendors
  • Support sponsorships, events, and promotional activities
Events & Culture
  • Help plan and coordinate company events, celebrations, retreats, and team-building activities
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and office culture programs
  • Manage event logistics, communications, and vendor coordination
Finance & Reporting
  • Assist with basic reporting, tracking, and administrative financial tasks
  • Support KPI reporting and information gathering as required
