Job description

HERE'S WHAT THE JOB IS:
Inbound and outbound calls with existing Monster Reservations Group guests who already purchased vacation packages. You help them get booked. We give you a script, a process, and plenty of coaching. No experience required — just show up ready to learn and stay consistent.

Schedule

  • All positions = full-time + in-office
  • Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
  • Evening Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–10:00 PM
  • Weekend Shift: Saturday–Tuesday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

HERE'S WHAT WE NEED:

  • Reliable. Positive. Comfortable on the phone. Able to take feedback and apply it fast.
  • 18+. Live within 90 minutes of Myrtle Beach. Your own reliable transportation.
