What You’ll Do

As a Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our guests have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, including opening, closing, and following all necessary procedures.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued.
  • Assisting with event coordination and ensuring activities run seamlessly.
  • Managing kitchen operations, including food preparation, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Performing cleaning duties to keep the playhouse safe and inviting for all.
  • Taking on additional duties as reasonably assigned by the employer.
