Monitors often work in schools, public facilities, or corporate settings, and their role can vary depending on the organization's needs. They play a crucial part in supporting a safe and productive environment.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a monitor?

To thrive as a Monitor, you generally need strong observational skills, attention to detail, and a high school diploma or equivalent educational background. Familiarity with surveillance equipment, basic computer systems, and incident reporting software is often required.
