Court Monitor
Court Monitors have the most interactive and dynamic roles. This role is exciting fun and rewarding They spend the most time with the Guests and ensure they are having a great time while enforcing rules in fun and friendly manner. They bring a positive and engaging personality to the table to proactively enhance the Guest experience. Observing and engaging only when someone breaks a rule or requiring aid. You are part of the high energy atmosphere. You have an incredible responsibility that includes having a consistent watchful eye on the attraction you have been assigned, while making sure everyone is safe and having fun.
Court Monitors are expected to:
  • Maintain the safety of patrons in and around the jumping surfaces and foam pits.
  • Represent the park by maintaining a professional attitude in keeping with the parks values.
  • Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional manner.
  • Remain alert and use all senses while court monitoring.
  • Work as a team being collaborative demonstrates being helpful and has good team sprit!
  • Complete the trampoline safety checklist at the beginning of each day and report problems to the supervisor. Knowledgeable about this equipment and can make minor maintenance when necessary.
  • Handle all incidents in a manner appropriate
