The Assistant Manager will help the manager conduct the day to day operations of the car wash. Including but not limited to assisting customers, managing employees, opening and closing the site, inventory control, money management, and ensuring Wash Masters policy and standards are adhered to. 

Some policy, standards, and procedures include but are not limited to: 

  • Setting the standard by example for dress code, customer service, and overall work ethic.
  • This position typically requires 50-55 hrs a week and the wash is open 7 days a week all year. 5 days on, 2 days off. 
  • No facial piercings, tattoo's that are not appropriate for a professional environment, or hair that is not well kept. Beards must be well maintained. 
  • Dress code: Wash Masters shirt, jacket, hat. Black athletic shoes, black pants/shorts, black belt. No open toed shoes and shirts will always be tucked in.
  • You must set the example ethically, morally, and professionally. 
  • You will need to lead, train, and work well with others. You will be involved with the hiring process often for new employees. 
  • You will be expected to be coach-able and develop as a leader over time. 
  • You will lead by example and go by our L-D-R-S-H-I-P values

  • Learn the Roles, Duties and Responsibilities of Management.
  • You will be responsible for money management on site.
  • Open and Close the Site as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and fix Equipment & Software issues, problems or breakage.
  • Respond to customer Calls and E-mails as needed.

This position requires Car Wash Management Experience. 6 months or more of Car Wash Management preferred.
