In this position, you will guide, coach, and mentor your team of Pawn Brokers and Sales Associates while delivering exceptional customer service and cultivating lasting relationships with our customers.   • Legally authorized to handle all firearms in accordance with ATF regulations
  • Knowledge of frequently pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms, and electronics
  • Demonstrates the ability to meet and exceed performance goals and metrics 
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a BIG PLUS
