Job description

Admin Supervisors Needed

Hutchinson Public Schools is seeking multiple admin supervisors for home activities events during the 2025-2026 school year and beyond. Multiple dates and times are available and there is flexibility to choose the days you want to work. Responsibilities include: supervise and intervene as needed if there are any issues with fans attending the event, greet visiting teams and escort them to their locker rooms, greet officials and escort them to their dressing room, greet table workers, check in with event workers to make sure things are functioning properly, provide money boxes to ticket takers and collect money boxes and return to the athletic office, close and lock up the press box after outdoor events, return ipads, locker room key, and microphone to the athletic office after indoor events. Qualifications: high school diploma or GED, prefer current employment with Hutchinson Public Schools. Compensation: $125.00 per shift. Benefits: sick leave.
