SPORTS FIELD SOLUTIONS IS SEEKING A:
Part-Time Athletic Field Groundskeeper
To assist with mowing and basic mower care at the Florida Atlantic University, Jupiter Campus.
POSITION SCHEDULE
This is a part-time position scheduled for approximately two hours per day on:
  • Monday
  • Wednesday
  • Friday

You take pride in producing clean, professional-looking athletic fields. You are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently to complete assigned mowing responsibilities.
You understand that the quality of an athletic field is reflected in the details. You pay attention to mowing patterns, the mower's quality of cut, and the condition of the equipment before and after each use.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Mow assigned athletic field areas each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
  • Inspect the mower before use, including checking fluid levels and the quality of cut.
  • Report equipment problems, safety concerns, or changes in mowing quality to the supervisor.
  • Operate mowing equipment safely and according to established procedures.
  • Clean the mower and remove accumulated grass and debris after each use.
  • Refuel the mower after completing the assigned mowing work.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform other closely related mowing or equipment-care duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
Formal requirements include a valid driver's license and the ability to safely operate mowing equipment.
Prior experience with commercial mowing equipment, grounds maintenance, landscaping, or athletic field care is preferred but not required.
