POSITION SUMMARY:

The Porter will work with Bear Property Management team to maintain the cleanliness of our stunning new property, The Corliss, located in Milwaukee. The schedule is Tuesday-Saturday.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Units


Vacant Units:

Keeping vacant units fresh (weekly)

Models:

Clean models too include sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning of windows, cleaning of countertop and appliances, removal of cobwebs

Summer – Mondays & Wednesday

Spring/Fall/Winter – Monday, Wednesday, Fridays

Units Turns:

Clean unit turns to prepare for new tenant as directed by Lead Maintenance Technician


Clubhouse Area

Hallway:

Sweeping, mopping, cleaning of fountain, doors, windows, removal of cobwebs

Summer – Daily

Spring/Fall/Winter – Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Community Room:

Sweeping, mopping, vacuum, blinds, dusting, cleaning furniture, windows, doors, removing cobwebs, cleaning of kitchen and appliances

Monday & Fridays

Fitness Center:

Daily clean to maintain an inviting healthy environment

Wiping down Machines, changing wipes, dusting, empty garbage

Leasing Office:
