Compensation: > $315,000 annually (Base + Production + Quality bonuses)

A thriving outpatient Family Medicine opportunity awaits a compassionate physician dedicated to comprehensive, patient-centered care. This role offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule with Tuesdays off, strong financial rewards, and long-term incentives that truly value your commitment to the community.

Position Overview

The Family Medicine Physician will provide full-scope outpatient primary care to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate is mission-driven, enjoys collaborative work with a skilled clinical team, and thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on access and quality outcomes.

Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Tuesdays Off
• Typical patient volume: 21–25 visits per day
• Backup call rotation only (second to an APRN): telephone call approximately 1 in 7 weeks

Compensation & Bonuses

• Total earnings > $315,000 annually
• Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 (paid after 90 days of continuous employment)
• Retention Bonuses:
 ◦ $8,000 after 2 and 3 years
 ◦ $8,500 after 5 and 7 years
 ◦ $9,000 after 10 years and every 5 years thereafter
