Job Title: Low Voltage / DAS Technician
Location: Tucson International Airport – Tucson, AZ
Project Duration: 3–4 Months


Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Low Voltage / DAS Technicians for a 3–4 month project at the Tucson International Airport. Candidates should have hands-on experience with DAS system installation, including coaxial and fiber optic cabling, DRAN systems, and radio equipment installation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, terminate, and test coax and fiber optic cables per project specifications.
  • Support installation and commissioning of DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) and DRAN equipment.
  • Mount and configure remote radio heads (RRHs), antennas, and associated hardware.
  • Perform signal testing and troubleshooting using appropriate tools (e.g., PIM, sweep testing).
  • Follow safety guidelines and airport security protocols at all times.
  • Work effectively with project managers, engineers, and fellow technicians.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with coax, fiber, and DAS installations.
  • Familiarity with DRAN and radio system setup.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and scopes of work.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to pass airport background/security checks.
  • Must have appropriate PPE and basic hand tools.
  • OSHA 10 or higher preferred.
