Work Environment

While your practice will predominantly be remote, you will be closely integrated into our outpatient office structure, participating in team meetings and consultative sessions. Our remote work environment allows for flexibility while maintaining a culture of teamwork and support. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a consistent framework for delivering therapy and attending to administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate mood disorder symptoms, including their intensity, frequency, and duration. This process may involve comprehensive discussions about personal histories and presenting challenges.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that align with client goals, integrating various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to specific client situations.
  • Provide ongoing education to clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care practices, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the treatment process.
  • Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on evidence-based assessments and feedback.
  • Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals involved in integrated care, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to treatment and care continuity.

Qualifications
  • Active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
