• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet each client's unique needs through thorough examinations and assessments.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in individual, group, and family settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and enhance client care through comprehensive treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring confidentiality and proper record-keeping.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development activities, keeping informed on the latest trends and research in mental health.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in the state of Maryland.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment.
• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards governing client confidentiality and reporting requirements.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, promoting rapport with a broad range of clients.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse will be highly regarded.
• Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client tracking.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses and additional benefits.
